Each year AWWA gathers data on the current state of water utility compensation and benefits programs. The result of the survey is the annual Water and Wastewater Compensation reports that are published. This webinar would present the key findings and market trends to C-Suite, Utility and HR managers. This webinar would be supported by our Compensation Survey partner, Newport Group.
2020 and 2021 were challenging years due to the pandemic. There were concerns about the economic impact, and utilities were conservative in salary increases. Now faced with a highly competitive labor market, compensation packages are essential in recruiting and retaining staff. This event would provide learners an insight into the water sector compensation packages have a and its comparison to other industries.
There is not much compensation information available or focused on the water sector. This event will help utilities better understand compensation practices in their industry.
